Find answers to common questions about the Coding Kids program, courses, and scholarship challenge.

The Coding Kids program is designed for school and college students from Class 5 up to College level. We have different learning levels appropriate for different age groups.

No, prior coding knowledge is not required. Our Level 1 and Level 2 courses start from the absolute basics, assuming no previous programming experience.

Level 1 (Basic Computer + AI) is designed for students in Class 5, 6, and 7. It covers fundamental computer concepts, internet safety, and an introduction to AI tools and basic coding.

Level 2 (Intermediate Coding) is ideal for students in Class 7, 8, 9, and 10. It delves deeper into HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and interactive web design.

The Full Stack Web Developer (Level 3) course is designed for older students in Class 11, 12, and College, or those who have successfully completed Level 2 and want to build complete real-world web applications.

Level 1 is a 4-month course. Level 2 and Level 3 are both 6-month courses. Classes are typically held multiple times a week depending on the selected batch.

Students will build practical projects depending on their level. Level 1 students create basic mini web pages and presentations. Level 2 students build interactive websites. Level 3 students develop full-stack applications with databases and APIs.

The Scholarship Challenge is an aptitude test evaluating logical thinking, critical thinking, problem solving, computer awareness, and AI awareness. It allows students to earn up to a 100% scholarship on their course fees.

Scholarships are based on the aptitude test score: 90–100 score grants a 100% scholarship, 80–89 score grants a 70% scholarship, and 60–79 score grants a 50% scholarship on the course fee.

Yes, all students who successfully complete their course requirements and submit their final projects will receive a certificate of completion from TIMS Institute.

Yes, the entire curriculum is 100% project-based. We emphasize hands-on learning where concepts are immediately applied to build real-world applications and websites.

Yes, AI literacy is a core component. Level 1 introduces AI basics and prompting. Higher levels incorporate AI as a tool for productivity, problem-solving, and coding assistance.
